Гендерна спрямованість авторського мовлення у жіночому мемуарному романі

Abstract

Стаття присвячена гендерній спрямованості авторського мовлення в жіночому мемуарному романі. Установлено, що гендерна спрямованість дискурсу найчастіше реалізується в жіночій літературі, що відображається на всіх мовних рівнях. У процесі дослідження визначено мовні ознаки гендерного аспекту твору в рамках антропоцентричної парадигми, проаналізовано основні параметри жіночого мемуарного роману, виокремлено домінантні аспекти авторського викладу, визначено ключові лексико-стилістичні засоби актуалізації гендерних параметрів роману. У розвідці виокремлено та розглянуто домінантні лексико-стилістичні засоби, що становлять гендерний аспект роману «Їсти. Молитися. Кохати» як прикладу жіночого мемуарного роману, а саме: індивідуально-авторські образні метафори, образні порівняння й колірні епітети.

The article is devoted to the gender orientation of the author’s speech in the women memoir novel. It has been established that the gender orientation of discourse is most often implemented in women literature, which is reflected at all language levels. In the process of the study, the language peculiarities of the gender aspect of the literary work have been identified within the framework of the anthropocentric paradigm, the main parameters of the women memoir novel have been analyzed, the dominant aspects of the author’s narration have been identified, the key lexical and stylistic means of the novel’s gender parameters actualization have been identified. The research material is the novel “Eat. Pray. Love” by Elizabeth Gilbert. In the intelligence presented, we have highlighted and considered the dominant lexical stylistic means that constitute the gender aspect of the “Eat. Pray. Love ”as an example of a women's memoir novel, namely: individual authorial metaphors, imagery comparisons and color epithets. Gender-based linguistic means are interpreted as linguistic means, which prevail in the speech of the female author and are components of the author's presentation in the work. In total, 784 vocabulary units were identified and analyzed. It has been found out that the study of the gender aspect in speech, in particular in the memoir novel, takes place within the framework of the anthropocentric paradigm, which allows you to analyze texts taking into account their intralinguistic and extralinguistic parameters. Taking into account the peculiarities of different types of narration in the analysis of a work allows us to trace what language explicators are used to perceive, interpret and express events. It has been determined that the dominant type of narration in a memoir novel is the author’s narration, based on the imagery and personality of the author’s style. The study has revealed that in the novel, a women-author represents the gender dominants of the woman’s inner world and female psychology by means of individual author’s figurative metaphors, similes and color epithets. In the future, further study of this topic, it is advisable to expand the range of studies of gender-oriented lexico-stylistic tools, as well as consider this issue at the syntactic level.
