Регіональна ефективність короткотривалих водних турів у межах національного природного парку «Подільські Товтри»

Abstract

У публікації висвітлені умови організації водно-туристичних заходів на базі ділянок водосховищ, території НПП «Подільські товтри». Зосереджена увага на регіональній ефективності короткотривалих турів, зорієнтованих на масове споживання (збірних екскурсійних груп), без попередньої підготовки, які зручно компонуються в межах основного туристичного продукту чи можуть розглядатися, як факультативні послуги.

В публикации освещены условия организации водно-туристических мероприятий на базе участков водохранилищ, территории НПП «Подольские Товтры». Необходимость введения и развития таких туристических продуктов на базе ресурсной основы в пределах НПП «Подольские Товтры» является реакцией на концентрацию туристических групп в пределах центров: г. Каменец-Подольский, г. Хотин и Бакота, а также заметным снижением интереса к традиционным объектам. Преимуществами реализации краткосрочных водных туров являются: размещение в пределах максимально атрактивных участков водохранилища или участков притоков, сочетание с другими туристическими мероприятиями; минимальная техническая сложность; массовый подход в организации. Это обеспечивает их эколого-просветительскую и экономическую эффективность с позиций организаторов; доступность, незначительную физическую нагрузку, позитивное восприятие потребителями и соответственно формирование запросов на альтернативные туры в других ландшафтных условиях исследуемого региона. Водные туристические условия территории НПП «Подольские Товтры» определяются ее размещением в пределах бассейна р. Днестр и ее левобережных притоков (от р. Збруч до р. Ушица). Их особенностями являются глубоко врезанные, каньоноподобные долины с сохранившимися участками естественной растительности на склонах. Главными условиями разработки туров выступили: ландшафтная уникальность и привлекательность региона, конфигурация маршрута, гидрологические особенности участка водохранилища, зависимость от локальных метеорологических условий, развитие инфраструктуры. Учитывая условия были избраны 4 репрезентативные участки Днестровского водохранилища, для которых были разработаны соответствующие туры и в пределах которых отрабатывались мероприятия в течение сезонов 2017-2020рр.

The publication highlights the conditions for organizing water tourism activities on the basis of reservoir sections, the territory of the NPP "Podilski Tovtry". The need for the introduction and development of such tourism products based on a resource base within the NPP "Podilski Tovtry" is a reaction to the concentration of tourist groups within the centers: Kamenets-Podilskiy, Khotin and Bakota, as well as a noticeable decline in interest in traditional objects. The advantages of the implementation of short-term water tours are: placement within the most attractive sections of the reservoir or sections of tributaries, combination with other tourist activities; minimal technical complexity; mass approach in the organization. This ensures their environmental, educational and economic efficiency from the standpoint of the organizers; availability, low physical activity, positive perception by consumers and, accordingly, the formation of requests for alternative tours in other landscape conditions of the studied region. Water tourist conditions of the territory of NPP "Podilski Tovtry" are determined by its location within the basin of the river. Dniester and its left-bank tributaries (from the Zbruch river to the Ushitsa river). Their features are deeply cut, canyon-like valleys with preserved areas of natural vegetation on the slopes. This makes them attractive to consumers of the tourism product. The conservation status of the sites contributes to their preservation and limitation of destructive anthropogenic impact. The main conditions for the development and testing of the tours were: landscape uniqueness and attractiveness of the region, route configuration, hydrological features of the reservoir section, dependence on local meteorological conditions, infrastructure development. Taking into account these conditions, 4 representative sections of the Dniester reservoir were selected, for which the corresponding tours were developed and within which activities were worked out during the seasons of 2017-2020. The best emotional effect is demonstrated by the Vrublevets area. This is due to the concentration of especially spectacular slope landscapes here, favorable hydrological parameters (transparency of water, its warming), the excellent ecological state of the reach and adjacent shores, as well as the development of infrastructure in the final area. The limiting factors are the state of the transport infrastructure and dependence on the strength and direction of the wind. The Nizhnesmotrich and Kitaygorod-Subitch sections demonstrated a positive organizational effect (emotional satisfaction, lack of criticism from the participants), but there were some technical difficulties: the dependence of the riverbed sections of the route on weather conditions and seasonal fluctuations in the water level in the upper reaches of the flooding zone Ternava and r. Smotrich. In addition, the transportation costs of organizing tour III are equal to the total cost of the tour within the boundaries of section II. The disadvantages of the latter are in the low attractiveness of the first half of the route and the monotony of the landscape, while the main advantage is the accessibility and infrastructural arrangement of beaches for swimming, which is absent in other areas. Section IV despite the relative technical advantages of the organization and the presence of powerful historical and architectural sights, the dependence on the wind and the current is significantly leveled (with a head wind, unjustified physical exertion, with a passing wind, taking into account the effect of the current, it is possible to reduce the travel time by half), but the greatest problems are seasonal dependence of water level and, as a consequence, access to reach or landfall. These results prove the need for further implementation and improvement of short-term water routes within the NPP "Podilski Tovtry".
