Потенціал акмеології у професійній підготовці майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності: методологічні та практичні акценти

Abstract

В статті розглянуто сутність акмеології як наукової дисципліни про досягнення найвищого рівня особистісного та професійного розвитку. Проаналізовано можливості акмеології та акмеологічного підходу для вдосконалення професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності. Досліджено теоретичні та практичні питання досягнення «акме» студентами у процесі навчання у закладах вищої освіти. Основна увага зосереджена на аналізі особливостей досягнення «акме» вершин. Висвітлено можливості акмеології під час стимулювання майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності до творчості, що передбачає розширення рольового спектру на різних рівнях. Зокрема висвітлено особливості розвитку творчості студентів спеціальності 028 Менеджмент соціокультурної діяльності на ціннісно-світоглядному, когнітивному, перцептивно-афективному та діяльнісно- поведінковому рівнях.

The article deals with the essence of acmeology as a scientific discipline. The discipline about achieving the highest level of personal and professional development. It has been found that acmeology aims at finding practical mechanisms for improving one’s personality. It provides practical help in reaching the pinnacle of physical, spiritual, moral and professional development for future professionals. There are analyzed acmeology and acmeological approach possibilities for improvement of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activity. There are investigated theoretical and practical issues of acme achievement by students during studying in the higher education institutions. Acme is considered as the highest point of personal development. It implies reaching the top in human development. There are established main signs of “acme”. These include progressive orientation (constructive intention) and turbulent development (dynamism). The article analyzes the acme characteristics. «Acme-personality» is considered as the person who has made significant progress in his/her professional career. Such person who has realized himself/herself as a personality. Such human who has a clear civic stance; is able to defend his/her own views; possesses high human qualities; has a developed social responsibility. The main focus is based on the analysis of the features of the achievement of «acme» peaks. There are highlighted the possibilities of acmeology in stimulating future managers of sociocultural activity to creativity. It is established that the phenomenon of creativity, in terms of acmeology, is one of the most important values of humanity. Students will not be able to properly shape their mentality and develop uniqueness without creativity. This process envisages expansion of the role spectrum at different levels. In particular, there are highlighted the features of students’ (specialty 028 Management of socio-cultural activity) creativity development at the value-outlook, cognitive, perceptive-affective and activity-behavioral levels We have high hopes for «acme-motivation» in the process of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activities. Training technologies, role-playing games, self-expression through art and psychodrama have a great potential.
