Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано роль медіа у процесі впровадження медичної та освітньої реформ, виділено ключові моменти якісної медіації суспільних процесів. Виокремлено основні тематичні блоки публікацій про медичну та освітню реформи в онлайн-виданнях Тернополя «Терен» і «20 хвилин». Окреслено вагомі аспекти реформування медицини та освіти, презентовані на регіональних інтернет-порталах, визначено основні джерела інформації для матеріалів. Результати праці важливі для подальшого дослідження рівня та якості висвітлення медичної та освітньої реформ у медіадискурсі.

The article substantiates the role of the media in the process of implementation of medical and educational reforms, highlights the key points of high-quality mediation of social processes. It is emphasized that for the implementation of any social reform proper information should be provided to the public through the mass media and close cooperation between the media and industry experts. An important role is played by regional media that provides information support for sectoral reforms at the local level. Therefore, the level of competence of journalists, attention to details, depth, versatile study of the issue is especially important for them. Medical and educational topics are most actively interpreted by Internet publications such as “Teren” and “20 Khvylyn” in Ternopol region. The key thematic blocks of publications on medical and educational reforms in Ternopil online editions are highlighted. Significant aspects of the reform of medicine and education, presented on the regional Internet portals are outlined. It has been revealed that the medical content of Ternopil media reproduces a phased process of modernizing the medical industry and identifies its key issues. The educational content segment of the online platforms presents some aspects of the reform of Ukrainian education, which are often updated on the basis of a certain informational occasion. The main sources of information for materials are determined among them are: representatives of various levels of government, medical workers and participants in the educational process, experts, national media. The results of work are important for further studying the level and quality of the coverage of medical and educational reforms in the context of the social paradigm of the modern media.
