Гуманітарна підготовка майбутніх лікарів: філософський аспект

Abstract

У статті висвітлено основні філософські аспекти гуманітарної підготовки студентів-медиків та гуманізації вищої медичної освіти загалом. Подано історичну довідку щодо гуманного ставлення до людини у працях філософів та релігійних джерелах. Проаналізовано основні моральні якості, що є визначальними у професійній діяльності майбутнього лікаря. Співставлено поняття «гуманний» та «гуманітарний» та обгрунтовано роль гуманітарної підготовки студентів-медиків у формуванні в них гуманного ставлення до людської особистості.

В статье отражены основные философские аспекты гуманитарной подготовки студентов-медиков и гуманизации высшего медицинского образования в целом. Представлена историческая справка относительно гуманного отношения к человеку в трудах философов и религиозных источниках. Проанализированы основные нравственные качества, которые являются определяющими в профессиональной деятельности будущего врача. Сопоставлены понятия «гуманный» и «гуманитарный» и обоснована роль гуманитарной подготовки студентов-медиков в формировании у них гуманного отношения к человеческой личности.

There are five basic moral qualities which are necessary for the doctor during their professional activity: humanity, which in turn includes the concept of philanthropy (kindness, compassion, justice, etc.) humanistic orientation (friendliness, attentiveness), empathy (compassion), altruism (caring, desire to help, willingness to help); tolerance, acquiescence; communicative competence - communicability, communicative tolerance; emotional stability-restraint, self-control, volitional self-regulation; politeness - integrity, honesty, tact, courtesy, responsibility, discipline etc. One of the basic principles that underpin humanitarian process for foreigners —future doctors is the principle ofprofessional orientation. The essence of the principle ofprofessional orientation is to use pedagogical tools that provide students by knowledge, skills, experience of creativity according to syllabuses of academic disciplines, resulting the emerging of interest in their chosen profession and formation of professional qualities of doctor-to- be. The principle of professional orientation of medical students' liberal training is realized primarily in the .study of philosophy. Particularly during the classes on topics such as «Ontology», «Philosophical Anthropology» is the consideration of issues relating specifically to the basics of human existence, human's place in the world, the problems of life and death, individual rights to life and others. The analysis of these issues contributes to formation of doctors '- to-be value treatment to the patient as a person, who has feelings and experiences which .should be considered by doctor within his future professional activities.
