Використання сучасних інформаційних технологій – основа професійного зростання педагога

Abstract

У статі розглянуто питання використання інформаційних технологій як головної складової професійного зростання. Розглянуто основні проблеми якості освіти в Україні. Визначено, що для підвищення якості освіти необхідно залучати інформаційні технології у навчальний процес. У роботі наголошується, що підвищення ефективності традиційної системи відбувалося передусім шляхом впровадженням нових підходів до методики проведення лекцій, семінарів, практичних занять. У роботі визначено, що майбутній вчитель інформаційних технологій повинен володіти так званим інноваційним компонентом: педагогічною діагностикою, рефлексією навчання, проектуванням освітніх систем, конструюванням навчального процесу, що веде до формування у нього нового педагогічного і технологічного мислення.

The article discusses the use of information technology as the main component of professional growth. The main problems of quality of education in Ukraine are considered. It is determined that in order to improve the quality of education, it is necessary to involve information technology in the educational process. The paper stresses that the increase of the efficiency of the traditional system was first of all through the introduction of new approaches to the methodology of conducting lectures, seminars, practical classes. It is determined that the future teacher of information technologies should have the so-called innovative component: pedagogical diagnostics, reflection of learning, design of educational systems, designing of educational process, which leads to the formation of a new pedagogical and technological thinking in him. The article emphasizes that in organizing the teaching of teachers it is necessary to provide them with as wide a range of opportunities for the development of personal, professional and creative potential. It should be remembered that the professional training of the teacher does not end in the walls of the educational institution, but lasts throughout the period of his professional activity. In this study, we consider a computer as a means of communication and a computer as a tool in management, a computer as a developing environment. In the educational process, the simultaneous use of all these areas is important. The existence and interaction of all of them simultaneously, not only in educational, but also in the educational process leads to the desired result, which is put society in front of the school. As a result of the use of information technology, the dynamics of pupils’ knowledge quality, increasing the motivation of educational activities began to be observed. Proved that continuous professional education of teachers is a prerequisite for its creativity, integrative element of his life and condition for sustainable development. The growth of professional skills and pedagogical culture of a teacher goes more intensively if the person takes an active position, if the practical, individual experience is interpreted and combined with social and professional experience, if in the pedagogical collective support and encouragement of individual and creative professional searches.
