Аутичне мислення протагоніста роману «Дивний випадок із собакою вночі» М. Геддона як вияв постпостмодерністського гуманізму: досвід неокантіанства

Abstract

У статті досліджено, як у мисленні протагоніста роману «Дивний випадок із собакою вночі» М. Геддона поєднано сцієнтистську орієнтованість і гуманізм, експлікований у нових формах вираження. Кристофер має проблематизовані комунікації з іншими людьми, водночас його поведінка детермінована бажанням встановити істину. Здатність говорити правду постає для юнака чинником порозуміння й уникнення фіктивних реальностей, у яких живуть люди. Окреслено спроби повернення в сучасному англійському романі до дослідження людини як основного орієнтира в дискурсі літератури та річищі літературознавчих студій. У полемічний спосіб розвинуто міркування Б. Шалагінова про кризу сучасного літературознавства й літератури як простору «сенсоутворювальних начал». Досліджено світоглядну специфіку мислення протагоніста роману «Дивний випадок із собакою вночі», наголошено на особливостях емпатії протагоніста, реактуалізації у його світосприйнятті просвітницьких тенденцій. Визначено перспективність філософських підходів (кантіанства) до вивчення літератури постпостмодерністського періоду.

In the paper, it is outlined that thinking of the protagonist of M. Haddon’s novel "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" combines scientific orientation and humanism explored in new forms of expression. Christopher has problematic communications with other people, while his behavior is determined by the desire to establish the truth. The ability to tell and share the truth appears to be a factor in understanding and avoiding fictitious realities in which people live. Besides, it has been outlined the attempts to return in contemporary English novel to the study of human beings as the main reference point in the discourse of literature and the key point of literary studies. In a polemical way, B. Shalahinov's view on the crisis of contemporary literary criticism and literature as a space of "sense-creative principles" has been spotlighted. The philosophical way of thinking of the protagonist in "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" has been explored, the peculiarities of protagonist's empathy have been emphasized, the re-actualization of the Enlightenment tendencies have been studied. The perspective of philosophical approach (Kant’s philosophy) to the research of post-postmodernistic literature is determined.
