Дослідження професійнозначущих психологічних властивостей і якостей футбольного арбітра

Abstract

На основі даних науково-методичної літератури та передового досвіду визначено, що арбі- траж футбольного матчу – складний акт психіки арбітра. Він вимагає правильної та швидкої оцінки імпровізаційних ситуацій, передбачення виникаючих подій, великого обсягу і перерозподілу уваги, контро- лю скоєних футболістами єдиноборств, своєчасного прийняття оптимальних рішень за певного ліміту часу. Все це вказує на зростаючу роль психологічних чинників, тісний взаємозв’язок інтелектуальних опе- рацій і емоційно-вольової сфери. Мета – визначення підвищення рівня арбітражу футбольних змагань за рахунок реалізації сформованих, визначених, професійно значущих властивостей і якостей особистості арбітра. Методи: аналіз та узагальнення даних науково-методичної літератури, передового досвіду, сис- тематизація, педагогічні, психологічні методи дослідження та методи математичної статистики. Ре- зультати. В процесі проведення дослідження було проаналізовано 107 футбольних матчів різного рівня. За- пропоновано методику оцінювання якості та надійності арбітражу у футболі. Показник якості арбітра- жу у футбольному сезоні оцінюється за кількістю результативних і суттєвих помилок на серію матчів. Надійність арбітражу визначається як стабільність арбітра, що передбачає відсутність або невисоку кількість серйозних порушень його діяльності. Визначено, що формування професійно значущої психофі- зіологічної якості оперативного мислення є визначальною категорією в діяльності арбітра.

Based on the data of scientific and methodological literature and advanced experience, it has been determined that a football match refereeing is a complex act of the psyche of a referee. It requires a correct and prompt assessment of improvised situations, prediction of emerging events, large volume and redistribution of attention, control for footballers’ actions, timely making optimal decisions within a certain time limit. All this points to the growing role of psychological factors, close relationship between intellectual operations and the emotional and volitional sphere. Objective – to determine the increase of the level of football competitions refereeing by implementing the formed, determined, professionally significant capacities and qualities of the referee. Methods: analysis and generalization of the data of scientific and methodological literature, best practices, systematization, pedagogical, psychological methods of research and methods of mathematical statistics. Results. In the course of the research, 107 football matches of various levels were analyzed. The method of evaluation of the quality and reliability of refereeing in football is proposed. The index of the quality of refereeing during football season is estimated by the number of decisive and significant errors in a series of matches. The reliability of refereeing is defined as the stability of the referee, which implies the absence or a small number of serious violations of his activities. It is determined that the formation of professionally significant psychophysiological quality of operative thinking is the determining category in the activity of the referee.
