Становлення ґендерної ідентичності старших підлітків

Abstract

У статті розкрито поняття гендерної ідентичності та її роль у самовизначенні зростаючої особистості. Проаналізовано результати емпіричного дослідження емоційної складової гендерної ідентичності дівчат та хлопців старшого підліткового віку. Виявлено вікову динаміку та гендерні відмінності між показниками емоційної складової гендерної ідентичності. Визначено рівні розвитку рефлексивних уявлень старших підлітків, що відображають загальне самоставлення, власну силу волі та активність як індикатори маскулінно-фемінно-андрогінного конструкту гендерної ідентичності. Виявлено суперечливі тенденції у когнітивних уявленнях дівчат та хлопців, що можна пояснити наслідками підліткової кризи, якісно новим рівнем розвитку статевої самосвідомості, нерівномірним фізіологічним, психічним та особистісним розвитком.

The article deals with the concept of gender identity and with its role in self-determination of a growing personality. We analyzed the results of empirical research of the emotional component of the gender identity of girls and boys of the senior adolescence. We found the age dynamics and gender differences between the indicators of the emotional component of the gender identity. Defined the levels of development of reflexive representations of older adolescents reflecting general self-esteem, self-will and activity as indicators of masculine-feminine androgynous constructs of the gender identity. Revealed contradictory tendencies in cognitive representations of girls and boys, that we can explain by the consequences of the teenage crisis, a qualitatively new level of development of sexual consciousness, uneven physiological, mental and personal development.
