Розкрито стан розробки проблеми навчання іноземних мов у ВТНЗ України. Виявлено чинники, виокремлено та охарактеризовано етапи розвитку навчання іноземних мов у ВТНЗ України впродовж другої половини XX початку XXI століття. Pqзкpитo організаційно-методичні аспекти навчання іноземних мов у закладах освіти України в означених хронологічних межах. Окреслено тенденції розвитку навчання іноземних мов у ВТНЗ України впродовж досліджуваного періоду. Визначено перспективні напрями вдосконалення навчання іноземних мов у вищих технічних навчальних закладах в умовах інтеграції країни у світовий освітній простір.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractДиссертация есть комплексным исследованием в области истории педагогики относительно проблемы обучения иностранным языкам в высших технических учебных заведениях Украины (вторая половина XX - начало XXI века). Раскрыто состояние разработки проблемы обучения иностранным языкам в высших технических учебных заведениях Украины. Выявлены факторы развития иноязычного образования, выделены и охарактеризованы этапы развития иноязычного образования в высших технических учебных заведениях Украины на протяжении второй половины XX - начала XXI века. Раскрыто организационно-методические аспекты обучения иностранным языкам в учебных заведениях Украины в указанных хронологических рамках. Определены тенденции развития обучения иностранным языкам в высших технических учебных заведениях Украины на протяжении исследуемого периода. Обозначены перспективные направления совершенствования обучения иностранным языкам в высших технических учебных заведениях в условиях интеграции страны в мировое образовательное пространство.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe thesis represents the results of a comprehensive study in the history of pedagogy concerning the problem of foreign languages teaching at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine (the second half of the XX - beginning of the XXI century). The degree of development of the problem of foreign languages teaching at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine is revealed. The factors of the development of foreign language education are revealed, the stages of development of foreign language education in higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine during the second half of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century are singled out and characterized. The organizational and methodical aspects of foreign languages teaching in educational institutions of Ukraine in the specified chronological frameworks are revealed. The trends of the development of foreign languages teaching at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine during the research period were defined. Perspective directions of improving the teaching of foreign languages in higher technical educational institutions in the context of integration of the country into the global educational system are indicated. The object of the study is the foreign languages teaching at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine (second half of XX - beginning of XXI century). Subject of research is genesis of foreign language education at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine (second half of XX - beginning of XXI century). The purpose of the study, based on the retrospective analysis of teaching foreign languages at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine during the second half of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century, is to outline and to reveal genesis of foreign language education and to identify perspective directions for improving the teaching of foreign languages. Scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the systematic study of the theory and practice of foreign languages teaching at higher technical educational institutions in the second half of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century: for the first time, the problem of foreign languages teaching at higher technical educational institutions of the specified period has been thoroughly investigated; the author's periodization of the development of foreign language education is substantiated, the stages of the development of foreign language teaching at higher technical educational institutions in the specified chronological framework are distinguished and characterized: I stage (1955 - 1969) -constituent-restoring; II stage (1970- 1990) - exploratory-development; III stage (1991 -2002) - developing-conceptual; IV stage (2003 - 2005) - experimental-reformative; V stage (2006-2016) - eurointegration; socially-political (social, economic, cultural educational) and content-technological (content, forms and methods) factors of formation of foreign competence of future specialists of the technical branch are revealed; positive and negative peculiarities of the indicated factors involved in mastering foreign languages by students of technical specialties are solved; the organizational and methodical aspects of foreign languages teaching in educational institutions of Ukraine in the specified chronological frameworks are revealed: techniques and methods of foreign languages teaching at educational institutions of Ukraine within the specified chronological framework are revealed and characterized; the tendencies of the development of foreign languages teaching at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine of the researched period are outlined (change of the ideological course of content of foreign language education at higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine; stepped education system; formation of foreign language education at higher technical educational institutions according to the European recommendations; introduction of the national program of studying and popularizing foreign languages «Ukraine - speaking»; creation of concepts for the development of foreign language education at higher technical educational institutions etc.) and perspective directions of improving the teaching of foreign languages in higher technical educational institutions in the context of integration of the country into the global educational system are indicated (expansion of prospects for participation of students of higher technical educational institutions in academic mobility programs; increase of the number of teaching hours to study of a foreign language; the inclusion in the content of the curriculum of higher technical educational institutions technical specialties in a foreign language; the creation of conditions for students to study and production practice abroad in their specialty; the implementation of the program «Double Diploma»; the possibility of international certification for students; advanced training of teachers of foreign languages abroad). Specifics of the content (ideological, methodological, technological), forms (practical, independent, distance work) and methods (method of projects, communicative, method of creating a language portfolio for professional communication, systemic-communicative) of foreign languages teaching in the system of higher technical education of Ukraine are specified. Further characterization of the historiography of the research, which expands the framework of the study of the problem of foreign languages teaching, factors that influenced the formation and development of foreign language education in Ukraine. The practical significance of the results obtained is the possibility of reproducing a complete picture of the activities of technical universities regarding of foreign language teaching for students of technical specialties in the second half of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century in the context of the general development of higher education in Ukraine. The materials of the research were used to develop a series of lectures on «Lingvodidactics» and «Methods of teaching a foreign language* for students of 3 - 4 year studying at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the State Humanitarian University in Rivne.uk_UA
