Подається тлумачення основних положень зовнішньополітичної концепції Росії.; The article deals with the main directions of the Russian Federation in UNESCO. The explanation of the causes of UNESCO reforms and the influence of the Russian Federation on the activities of other UN bodies are given. The main stages of cooperation between Russia and UNESCO units are traced, concepts of activity of the Russian Federation are considered. The article compares the development projects of the organization from the standpoint of the largest international players. Also, the process of the origin of cooperation between the Russian Federation and UNESCO has been restored. The magnitude of Russia’s activity and its contribution to the functioning and development of UNESCO are analyzed. The position of the Russian Federation regarding the financing of the organization is noted. На основі емпіричного матеріалу, нагромадженого упродовж 2013–2017 рр. головним чином шляхом інтерв’ю з персоналом музеїв, автор доводить, що попри існуючий стереотип тільки третина збірок закладів вищої освіти Західної України основним напрямком своєї роботи визначають забезпечення навчального процесу, таким чином спростовуючи стереотип про винятково навчальну місію університетських музеїв. До цього переліку належать як музеї, які мають багатолітню історію свого існування і знаходяться в окремих, спеціально для цього відведених приміщеннях, так і невеличкі колекції, які розміщуються в аудиторіях під опікою викладачів відповідної кафедри. До категорії навчальних серед музеїв закладів вищої освіти передусім варто віднести музеї природничого профілю.; The article is an attempt to revise how existing theoretical knowledge about the educational function of museums of higher educational establishments as the basic one corresponds to the state in reality. Outlining the nuances of the implementation of this mission is also the task of research. It is based on the empirical material accumulated during 2013–2017, mainly through interviews with museum staff. Despite the existing stereotype the author argues only one third of the collections of HEE of Western Ukraine determine the main focus of their work on the educational process, thus refuting the stereotype exclusively training mission of university museums. This list includes both museums with long history which are located in separate rooms designated for this purpose specially, as well as small collections placed in the auditorium under the tutelage of teachers of the department. The category of educational museums of HEE includes the museums of the natural history primarily. The value of exhibits in such museums is enhanced by their rarity in the world of nature, therefore, a number of collections have the status of objects of national significance. Визначено роль ґендерної освіти в формуванні суспільства ґендерної рівності як суспільства, заснованого на рівних правах та можливостях жінок та чоловіків. Наголошено, що взаємовідносини жінок та чоловіків є важливим чинником соціального розвитку. Проаналізовано рекомендації Міністерства освіти і науки України щодо необхідності та впровадження гендерної політики в учбових закладах. Зроблено аналіз наукової літератури як вітчизняних так і західних дослідників. Автор наполягає на тому, що освіта в сучасній Україні зазнає істотні зміни, які визначають об’єктивну необхідність пошуку умов, що сприятимуть підвищенню її ефективності, зміну підходів до процесу і змісту освіти, вдосконалення форм організації соціальних і міжособистісних відносин. Тому, вказана важливість інтеграції ґендерного компоненту в освітній галузі не має сумніву. Запропоновані певні рекомендації щодо впровадження ґендерної політики в освітню галузь.; The article is intended to analyze the problems of introducing a gender policy in the education of modern Ukraine. The role of gender education in shaping the society of gender equality as a society based on equal rights and opportunities of women and men is defined. It was noted that the relationship between women and men is an important factor in social development. The recommendations of the Ministry of Education concerning the necessity and implementation of gender policy in educational institutions are shown. The analysis of scientific literature of both domestic and western researchers is made.It is pointed out the importance of integrating the gender component in the educational area. The author insists that education in modern Ukraine undergoes significant changes, which determine the objective necessity of finding conditions conducive to increasing its effectiveness, changing approaches to the process and content of education, improving the forms of organization of social and interpersonal relations. Therefore, the indicated importance of integrating the gender component in the educational sphere is beyond doubt .
