Метою цієї статті є розкриття особливостей підготовки майбутніх фахівців природничих і медичних галузей до безпечної та ефективної професійної діяльності, яка передбачає використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Для досягнення цієї мети були використані наукові методи, як-от аналіз і синтез літературних джерел, систематизація та теоретичне узагальнення результатів. Можливості, що відкриваються під час навчання питань безпеки праці з інформаційними засобами: використання симуляційних програм дає змогу ефективно навчатися безпеки в умовах, що відтворюють реальні ситуації; інтерактивні онлайн-курси та вебінари дають змогу засвоювати основні принципи безпеки праці; доступ до електронних ресурсів сприяє самостійному вивченню та поглибленню знань; регулярні тренування допомагають закріплювати навички й готуватися до реагування на екстремальні ситуації. З метою успішного опанування питань інформаційної безпеки в освітньому процесі варто використовувати такі методичні прийоми: практичні завдання та кейси (пропонуємо студентам практичні завдання та кейси, які потребують застосування знань з інформаційної безпеки. Висновки. Під час роботи з інформаційними засобами для майбутніх фахівців природничих і медичних спеціальностей важливі такі аспекти: зростання кіберзагроз і потенційних атак потребує від фахівців медицини та природничих наук знань у галузі кібербезпеки; робота з медичними даними й особистою інформацією пацієнтів має виконуватися відповідно до високих стандартів безпеки збереження конфіденційності; навчання фахівців швидкої та ефективної реакції на кібератаки й інциденти стає необхідним елементом безпеки праці.; Relevance of research. The development of information technology and the use of computers in biological and medical disciplines have significantly changed the way in which specialists in these fields work and learn. When interacting with information resources, which include software, medical devices, and Internet resources, students and future professionals should be especially attentive to occupational safety issues. Accordingly, studying the basics of occupational safety in these contexts becomes a critical component of the training of future biologists and physicians. The above determines the relevance of considering the main aspects of occupational safety training when working with information tools among students of biological and medical specialties, as well as determining the key challenges and opportunities of this process. The purpose of this article is to reveal the features of training future specialists in the natural and medical fields for safe and effective professional activities that involve the use of information and communication technologies. In our opinion, the key challenges of occupational safety training when working with information tools for future specialists in natural and medical specialties are the following: the growing number of cyber threats and attacks that endanger information systems requires knowledge in the field of cyber security from medical and biological specialists; working with medical data and personal information of patients requires compliance with high security standards to preserve confidentiality; training specialists in quick and effective response to cyber attacks and incidents is becoming an important component of occupational safety. The purpose of the article is to study the content of consulting and analyse the peculiarities of consulting activities in European higher education institutions. The article emphasises the interdisciplinary nature of the research. The peculiarities of consulting activities have led to the peculiarity of the methodological foundations of the study in this paper. The study is based on the principle of systematicity, which determines the consideration of consulting activities as a unique and autonomous integrity, none of the elements of which can be arbitrarily replaced or discarded. The subjective approach of the study characterises the subjective orientation (interaction) of the subjects of the educational process, which is determined mainly by external situations as its objects. That is why the creators and implementers of consulting activities are the subjects of the educational process with the appropriate way of thinking, motivation, and relationships formed by a certain type of culture. In the course of the analysis of higher education institutions in European countries, the tools, methods, and strategies for designing management consulting activities were evaluated. Ретроспективний аналіз документів ЄС, де приділено увагу розвитку загальних компетентностей, засвідчив, що з роками Євросоюз усе більшу увагу приділяє проблемі визначення й розвитку загальних компетентностей, що розглядаються як потужний потенціал для розв’язання актуальних економічних питань, серед яких: зниження рівня безробіття, підвищення рівня мобільності студентів, викладачів, працівників різних спеціальностей тощо. З’ясовано, що на шляху до європейської інтеграції важливою є участь України у програмах Європейського Союзу. За результатами аналізу документів ЄС, у яких приділено значну увагу розвитку загальних компетентностей, та огляду сучасної наукової літератури з проблематики дослідження встановлено, що для активної та ефективної участі фахівців у програмах ЄС необхідним є сформований на високому рівні комплекс актуальних загальних компе- тентностей, серед яких: здатність до абстрактного мислення, аналізу та синтезу, здатність до адаптації та дії в новій ситуації, спроможність генерувати нові ідеї (креативність), уміння спілкуватися іноземною мовою тощо. The article, on the basis of the analysis of key documents of the EU and modern scientific research, outlines the importance of developing generic competences in the context of European integration processes. The purpose of the article is to analyze the value of the development of generic competences in the context of European integration processes. To achieve this goal, such methods as: theoretical analysis, including retrospective analysis of EU key documents, synthesis, systematization, comparison and generalization of the presented material, were used. In the second half of the twentieth century the views on the future of Europe have changed fundamentally. The European community has made considerable efforts to search for ways of integration, which would not only be possible to revive the wardestroyed economy of Europe and return to active political life, but also to create structures focused on peaceful and sustainable development of European countries, to achieve the unity of peoples, to achieve a rapid pace, which inhabit the European continent. Retrospective analysis of EU documents, which paid attention to the development of generic competences, has testified that over the years the European community is paying more attention to the problem of determining and developing generic competences, which are regarded as a strong potential in solving current economic issues, including: reducing the unemployment rate, increase in the level of mobility of students, teachers, workers of different specialties, etc. Results. It has been found that Ukraine's participation in EU programs is important on the path to European integration. According to the results of the analysis of EU documents, which pay attention to the development of generic competences and modern scientific literature on research issues that for the active and effective participation of specialists in the EU programs, a set of actual generic competences formed at a high level is necessary, including the ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis, ability to be adapted to a new situation, the ability to generate new ideas (creativity), the ability to communicate in a foreign language, etc. It is established that the high step of involvement of social and humanities, including pedagogy, in all clusters of research is fundamental in the most large-scale EU framework programs. Recognition of the social and humanitarian sciences, such as the effective development of which depends significantly in solving complex problems of today, changes the attitude of the European community to them, requires coordination of joint efforts to make current scientific pursuits.
