Слід зауважити, що окрім проблем, пов’язаних із причинами та наслідками цього процесу, піднімаються важливі питання соціального та юридичного захисту трудових мігрантів, протидії торгівлі людьми; The article analyses modern historiographical complex concerning the recent study of Ukrainian labor migration to Poland. The authors pay much attention to the main reasons and consequences of such a migration for Ukrainians. The problem of labor migration has been researching in Ukrainian Historiography earlier as many scholars of different science branches such as Politology, History, Economics, Sociology and Geography dedicated their works to it. Usually the problem of labor migration is studied in the context of the similar processes taking place in Europe and America. Окрім того, історики студіюють всі аспекти процесів буття українського селянства в сучасному для них середовищі.; The social, political and socio-economic transformations in rural Ukraine after the declaration of independence in 1991 were one of the main lines of scientific research and of historical and cognitive interest, which realization has become an impulse to the appearance of the scientific agrarian studies for the purpose of constructive, comprehensive and objective research of the existence of rural Ukraine in the post-Soviet period. The article analyzes the publications of the representatives of the Kyiv School of Historians-Agrarians, which focused their research interest on characterizing agrarian transformations, the effectiveness of agrarian policy, its achievements and miscalculations, the logistic support of agriculture, the emergence of new organizational forms of management, on environmental issues and the settlement of the legislative framework on the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy in the post-Soviet period. It is noted, that national historical studies has a number of peculiarities, since the 90s of the twentieth century. First of all, they are generally deprived of ideological pressure, bias and influence of monomethodology. Furthermore, historians study all the aspects of the processes of being of Ukrainian peasantry in the contemporary environment. Describes the main concepts and research areas, selected groups of works, which contain mention of the violation of the state border. Determined that the issue of illegal migration (emigration of persons and illegal trade) on the border between the Republic of Poland and the Ukrainian SSR has not yet become the object of scientific research.
