Назва: Центр соціальних ініціатив і волонтерства як вагомий чинник формування соціальної відповідальності майбутніх фахівців Автори: Поліщук, Віра Короткий огляд (реферат): Актуальність використання потенційних можливостей впливу центрів і клубів соціальних ініціатив і волонтерства на формування соціальної відповідальності у майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери зумовлюється низкою чинників: важливістю і необхідністю професійної підготовки фахівців до діяльності в особливо складних умовах, які постали в перед Україною в цілому і соціальною сферою, зокрема; ускладненням завдань соціальної роботи, зростанням чисельності клієнтів, що потребують соціальної підтримки і допомоги та зростанням ролі особисті фахівця соціальної сфери у виконанні професійних функцій і завдань на мікро-, мезо- і макрорівнях соціальної практики. Мета статті полягає в аналізі змісту і форм роботи центру соціальних ініціатив і волонтерства як вагомого чинника формування соціальної відповідальності майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери та розкритті практичної площини реалізації цього завдання у Тернопільському національному педагогічному університету імені Володимира Гнатюка. Методи дослідження: аналіз досвіду роботи центру соціальних ініціатив і волонтерства з метою систематизації теоретичних і практичних аспектів залучення студентів до розробки і реалізації соціальних проектів та волонтерської діяльності.; The relevance of the formation of social responsibility of future specialists in the social sphere is determined by a number of factors: the importance and necessity of professional training of specialists for activities in particularly difficult conditions that have appeared before Ukraine in general and the social sphere, in particular; the complication of social work tasks, the growth of the number of clients who need social support and help, and the growth of the personal role of a social specialist in the performance of professional functions and tasks at the micro, meso, and macro levels of social practice. The expediency of using the potential of student public associations, clubs, centers of social initiatives and volunteering in terms of their influence on the formation of professionally determined personal qualities of future specialists in the social sphere is determined by the activation and diversification of their activities in modern conditions and the growth of their role in the formation of civil society. The purpose of the article is to analyze the content and forms of work of the center of social initiatives and volunteering as an important factor in the formation of social responsibility of future specialists in the social sphere and to reveal the practical scope of implementing this task at the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. Research methods: analysis of the experience of the center of social initiatives and volunteering in order to systematize the theoretical and practical aspects of involving students in the development and implementation of social projects and volunteer activities.

Social work, like any other type of professional activity, requires appropriate management. In this regard, the question arises about the theoretical justification and practical material support of the social work management system to meet the specific clients’ needs. In modern conditions, the idea of introducing public administration into social work is becoming increasingly relevant. There is an urgent need to develop public administration in the social work to provide assistance to various categories of clients, and in the context of military aggression on the part of Russia, it becomes relevant to develop a model of public administration in the field of social work with the most vulnerable categories of clients under martial law. The article defines the potential possibilities of public administration in the system of social work in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. The social efficiency of public administration in the field of social work at the regional and local levels and the level of UTC was revealed. The possibilities of public administration in the relevant areas of social work with vulnerable categories of the population are identified: social work with combatants, social work with internally displaced persons (IDPs), social work with families in the difficult life circumstance (DLC) (population of the occupied and front-line territories). The mechanisms of public administration in the system of social work under martial law are singled out: legal, material and financial, social and managerial, institutional, information and communication. A conceptual model of public administration in the system of social work under martial law in Ukraine has been developed, the structural elements of which are: levels of public administration; mechanisms of public administration, social subjects of public administration in social work, areas of social work with vulnerable categories of clients under martial law, functions of public administration in various areas of social work.; Розвиток сучасного суспільства, розвиток суспільних потреб в сучасній Україні вимагає певної моделі соціальної роботи, яка має бути спроможною задовольняти потреби більшої кількості клієнтів. Соціальна робота, як і будь-який інший вид професійної діяльності, потребує відповідного управління. В зв’язку з цим виникає питання щодо теоретичного обґрунтування й практичного матеріального забезпечення системи управління соціальною роботою для задоволення специфічних потреб клієнтів. В сучасних умовах все більш актуальною є ідея впровадження в соціальну роботу такого виду управління як публічне управління. Виникає нагальна потреба розвитку публічного управління в системі соціальної роботи для надання допомоги різноманітним категоріям клієнтів, а в умовах військової агресії з боку росії набуває актуальності розроблення моделі публічного управління в сфері соціальної роботи з найбільш вразливими категоріями клієнтів в умовах воєнного стану. В статті визначено потенційні можливості публічного управління в системі соціальної роботи в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Виявлено соціальну ефективність публічного управління в сфері соціальної роботи на регіональному і місцевому рівнях і рівні ОТГ. Визначено можливості публічного управління в актуальних напрямках соціальної роботи з вразливими категоріями населення: соціальної роботи з учасниками бойових дій (УБД), соціальної роботи з внутрішньо переміщеними особами (ВПО), соціальна робота з сім’ями в СЖО (населення окупованих і прифронтових територій). Виокремлено механізми публічного управління в системі соціальної роботи в умовах воєнного стану: нормативно-правові, матеріально-фінансові, соціально-управлінські, інституційні, інформаційно-комунікаційні. Назва: Incorporating spirituality in social work education in Nigeria Автори: Omorogiuwa, Tracy Короткий огляд (реферат): In recent times, spirituality, as typified by the religion has been on the receiving end of scathing criticisms. Although seducing, the arguments of these critics seem romanticized and flawed for the very reason that there abound natural synergies between spirituality and social development. Consequently, this article addresses the interconnections between spirituality, the social work profession, and social development. Drawing on the holistic intervention strategies of the religious organizations to national development while, concurrently, canvassing for the integration of spirituality to social work education. Given the palpable mistrusts between the faith-based organizations and the State, feasible suggestions are offered to the Nigerian political leadership to ensure that the religion, and by extension spirituality, continues to provide the citizens a pathway for meaningful living as a precondition for national development.; Останнім часом духовність, прообразом якої є релігія, зазнала гострої критики. Незважаючи на спокусливість, аргументи цих критиків здаються романтизованими та хибними саме з тієї причини, що між духовністю та соціальним розвитком існує велика кількість природної синергії. Отже, ця стаття розглядає взаємозв’язки між духовністю, професією соціального працівника та соціальним розвитком. Спираючись на цілісні стратегії втручання релігійних організацій у національний розвиток, водночас проголошуючи інтеграцію духовності в освіту соціальної роботи. Враховуючи відчутну недовіру між релігійними організаціями та державою, політичному керівництву Нігерії пропонуються здійсненні пропозиції щодо забезпечення того, щоб релігія, і, як наслідок, духовність, продовжувала забезпечувати громадянам шлях до змістовного життя як передумови національного розвитку.

Назва: Критична етнографія: можливості для досліджень у соціальній роботі Автори: Семигіна, Тетяна Короткий огляд (реферат): Дослідження у соціальній роботі проводяться з використанням різних підходів та методів. Ця стаття має на меті схарактеризувати критичну етнографію (англійською мовою – critical ethnography) та її можливості для соціальної роботи, спрямованої на подолання структурних нерівностей. У межах дослідження проведено аналіз 28 англомовних повнотекстових публікацій за такими параметрами: (1) загальне призначення критичної етнографії як методології досліджень у соціальній роботі та її філософія; (2) етапи та процедури критичної етнографії; (3) приклади використання критичної етнографії у закордонній соціальній роботі; (4) переваги та обмеження критичної етнографії. Критична етнографія, як і традиційна етнографія, передбачає проведення довготривалих спостережень за певними практиками у «польових умовах». Спостереження можуть бути доповнені й іншими методами, які дають змогу оцінити життєвий досвід учасників дослідження з позицій самих учасників. Критична етнографія дає змогу виявити та описати структурну нерівність у суспільстві, кинути виклик наявним практикам, зокрема практикам надання соціальної допомоги. Основний фокус у дослідженнях – виявлення прихованих цінностей і використання владних відносин, що посилює нерівність певних соціальних груп та соціальну несправедливість. Від дослідників очікують позиціювання та належного теоретичного обґрунтування своїх дій, глибокого занурення в контекст та соціальну ситуацію. Використання критичної етнографії передбачає дотримання низки послідовних етапів: підготовчий етап; організаційно-методологічний етап; польовий етап; етап аналізу результатів; презентація і поширення результатів з метою просування соціальних змін; Social work research is conducted using various approaches and methods. This article aims to characterize critical ethnography and its opportunities for critical social work aimed at overcoming structural inequalities. Within the framework of the study, an analysis of 28 English-language full-text publications was carried out according to the following criteria: (1) the general purpose of critical ethnography as a research methodology in social work and its philosophy; (2) stages and procedures for using critical ethnography, the roles of researchers and other research participants; (3) cases of the use of critical ethnography in social work; (4) the advantages and limitations of critical ethnography. Critical ethnography, like traditional ethnography, involves long-term observations of certain practices in the "field conditions." Observations can be supplemented by other methods that make it possible to assess the life experience of research participants from the perspective of the participants themselves. Critical ethnography makes it possible to identify and describe structural inequality in society and to challenge existing practices, in particular, practices of providing social services. The main focus of research is the identification of hidden values and the use of power relations that reinforce the inequality of certain social groups and social injustice. Researchers are expected to have their own position and provide adequate theoretical justification for their actions, deep immersion in the context and social situation. The use of critical ethnography involves a number of successive stages: the preparatory stage; the organizational and methodological stage; the field stage; the stage of research findings analysis; the presentation and dissemination of the results in order to promote social change.
