Методи дослідження. У статті використано метод комплексного аналізу музичного тексту, а також ретроспективний та стильовий науково-дослідницькі методи. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що у цій статті вперше здійснено стилістичний аналіз сучасних духовних пісень з оригінального репертуару хорового ансамблю МДТ «Воскресіння», на основі текстологічного та музично-теоретичного аналізу. Висновки. У статті висвітлено системну цілісність стильових ознак сучасних духовних пісень, які проявляються через сукупність мелодико-інтонаційних констант, характерних для виконання хорового ансамблю «Воскресіння» (поєднання інтонаційно-стильових особливостей традиційних духовних піснеспівів та сучасної пісні, стилістика музичного супроводу, використання характерних ритмічних побудов, хорових підголосків тощо). В авторських оригінальних духовних піснях хорового ансамблю органічно співіснують засоби сучасної музичної мови та глибокі філософсько-екзистенційні тексти. У розкритті образного змісту пісні, її ідеї і тематики, використовується онтологічний підхід, що характеризує ще одну особливість виконавського стилю цього колективу. Стилістичні особливості сучасних духовних пісень потребують подальшого вивчення з метою популяризації їх в контексті сучасного духовно-мистецького культурного простору.; The purpose of the scientific article is to reveal the stylistic features of contemporary Ukrainian sacred songs, on the example of the repertoire of the choral ensemble of the Youth Spiritual Theater-Studio „Voskresinnya” of the Redemptorist Mission Center in Ternopil. Research methods: the scientific characterized article uses methods of complex analysis of musical text, retrospective and stylistic methods. The scientific novelty of the represented study is that this article is the first to provide a stylistic analysis of contemporary sacred songs from the original repertoire of the „Voskresinnya” choral ensemble based on textual, musical, and theoretical analysis. Conclusions. The submitted scientific article highlights the systemic integrity of the stylistic features of modern sacred songs, which are manifested through a set of melodic and intonational constants characteristic of the performance of the „Voskresinnya” Choir Ensemble (a combination of intonational and stylistic features of traditional sacred chants and modern songs; stylistics of musical accompaniment; use of characteristic rhythmic constructions, choral sublimations, etc.) In the author's original spiritual songs of the choir ensemble, the means of modern musical language and deep philosophical and existential texts organically coexist. The ontological approach is used to reveal the figurative content of the song, its idea and theme, which characterizes another feature of the performance style of this ensemble.

This study aimed to assess the effects of wood-derived biochar on soil carbon fractions and the nematode food web during a three-year field experiment under Miscanthus × giganteus cultivation. The experiment was established in 2023 in Vorzel, Ukraine. Biochar produced from woody biomass residues was applied at two rates (5% and 10%) and compared with untreated control plots.Across three growing seasons, soil organic carbon (Corg), permanganate-oxidizable carbon (POXC), soil pH, and nematode community structure were analysed. The results showed that biochar influenced soil carbon dynamics, particularly the labile carbon fraction (POXC), while total organic carbon gradually increased during the study period. Biochar treatments were also associated with changes in nematode trophic structure and enrichment indicators (EI). EI ranged from 14.29 in the control to 36.16 under biochar treatment in the first year, while values between 6.94 and 52.72 were recorded in subsequent seasons. Bacterivorous nematodes dominated the community, accounting for approximately 45–64% of the total abundance, depending on the treatment and sampling time. No significant changes in soil pH were observed.Overall, the three-year field experiment in post-conflict degraded soils (Vorzel, Ukraine) indicates that wood-derived biochar can influence soil carbon dynamics and soil biological functioning under Miscanthus cultivation. Further studies are required to evaluate long-term carbon stabilization and the response of soil food webs to biochar amendments in perennial bioenergy cropping systems.

Визначено ключові тенденції у взаємодії державних органів, громадських організацій, освітніх установ та спортивних федерацій, що забезпечують ефективність управління та сталий розвиток спортивної інфраструктури. Особливу увагу приділено системам підготовки кадрового резерву, які поєднують акаде-мічну освіту, практичну діяльність та інноваційні методики менеджменту у спорті. У роботі підкреслено, що сучасні моделі управління у сфері спорту базуються на принципах децентралізації, партнерства держави та громадянського суспільства, а також інтеграції спорту в освітню та соціальну політику. Порівняльний аналіз показав, що в США домінує модель приватно-державного партнерства, у Німеччині – федеративна система з акцентом на регіональні програми, у Японії – стратегія гармонізації спорту та культури, у Канаді – орієнтація на інклюзивність та масовий спорт, у Франції – централізоване управління з потужною державною підтримкою, а в Австралії – акцент на інновації та розвиток спортивної науки. Автор обґрунтовує необхідність адаптації позитивного міжнародного досвіду для України, зокрема у сфері формування кадрового резерву, де важли-вим є поєднання академічної підготовки з практичними навичками управління, розвитком лідерських компетенцій та використанням сучасних технологій. Визначено перспективи створення інтегрованої системи підготовки фахівців, яка враховуватиме як національні особливості, так і глобальні тенденції. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для вдосконалення державної політики у сфері фізичної культури та спорту, розробки освітніх програм для майбутніх управлінців галузі, а також для формування стратегій розвитку спортивної інфраструктури та кадрового потенціалу України.; The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the world experience of public administration in the field of physical culture and sports, in particular, models of organization, institutional approaches and strategies for the development of the sports industry in leading countries of the world (USA, Germany, Japan, Canada, France, Australia). Key trends in the interaction of state bodies, public organizations, educational institutions and sports federations are identified, which ensure the effectiveness of management and sustainable development of sports infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to systems for training a personnel reserve that combine academic education, practical activities and innovative methods of management in sports. The paper emphasizes that modern models of governance in the field of sports are based on the principles of decentralization, partnership between the state and civil society, as well as the integration of sports into educational and social policies. Comparative analysis showed that the USA is dominated by the private-public partnership model, Germany by a federative system with an emphasis on regional programs, Japan by a strategy of harmonizing sports and culture, Canada by an orientation towards inclusiveness and mass sports, France by centralized management with strong state support, and Australia by an emphasis on innovation and the development of sports science. The author justifies the need to adapt positive international experience for Ukraine, in particular in the field of forming a personnel reserve, where it is important to combine academic training with practical management skills, develop leadership competencies, and use modern technologies. The prospects for creating an integrated system of training specialists that will take into account both national characteristics and global trends are identified. The results of the study can be used to improve state policy in the field of physical culture and sports, develop educational programs for future managers of the industry, as well as to form strategies for developing sports infrastructure and human resources in Ukraine.
